《外婆的牽牛花》以小男孩的眼光觀顧漸漸老去的外婆，外婆先是失去老伴，之後又病了好長一段時間，這些人生中黯淡的時光因為有花、有小男孩相伴，便有如冬陽般注入了喜悅和盼望。

而小男孩也從外婆和花的身上，領略了生命中不能缺少的愛與尊嚴，還有緊緊依靠上帝的心。

 

【作者/繪者介紹】

劉清彥的文字深入小男孩柔軟的心，幽緩的節奏淡淡的敘述，充滿情感。

 

 

蔡兆倫的圖畫滿是透明、溫暖的色彩，彷彿所有的色彩都滲進了光線，而那光線時時撫觸著外婆和男孩，即便周圍出現了陰影，也不曾消失。

畫裡的陽光和星光在在呼應著文字中「不改變的愛」這個主題。

「不改變的愛」既是牽牛花的花語，也是造物主藉著萬事萬物表達的愛意啊！
