【本書特色】

作者於大學教授「特殊教育與融合教育」等課程近二十年，並於早療機構擔任督導，對於特殊兒在學校及家庭生活的現況與困難，有相當的實務經驗。

書中用自敘、新詩、日記、他敘、書信等方式，多元呈現六種障別兒童真實的故事，讓孩子看完一本書，就同時認識學校中經常出現的幾種身心障礙（包括注意力不足過動症、自閉症、亞斯伯格症、智能障礙、肢體障礙以及學習障礙）的同學的樣貌，以及該如何跟他們當好朋友。
